Sacramento Office-Warehouse Employment Offer

​Small Office / Warehouse Manager
 
A rapidly growing delivery company is looking for an Office/Warehouse Manager to oversee our Sacramento [Northgate Blvd/North Market] office and assist with receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
 
Position: FULL-TIME
Work Hours: 8 – 12-hour shifts, Monday – Friday
Salary: $38,000 - $57,000 per year
 
Basic Job Responsibilities:
 
  1. Oversee the processing of all inbound and outbound shipments including but not limited to scheduling, sorting, logging, packing, and shipping.
  2. Ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all office and warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
  3. Setting, maintaining, and managing a dynamic service schedule.
  4. Evaluating and reviewing on-going and completed jobs for required details and accuracy.
  5. Closing out completed jobs in preparation of invoicing.
  6. Input of order information into proprietary dispatch software. [Training will be provided.]
  7. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
  8. Manage stock levels of office supplies and warehouse packing materials.
  9. Work with our local drivers to coordinate incoming or outgoing shipments/orders.
  10. Customer Service; working with our customers and their clients.
  11. Perform administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, paperwork processing and filing.
  12. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements:
 
  1. Must have high level of responsibility, able to master a very dynamic service schedule.
  2. Outstanding organizational, time management and multitasking abilities to manage dynamic service schedule.
  3. Proven work experience as a supervisor or manager in a related field, or equivalent experience. [Warehousing, logistics, and supply chain experience preferred.]
  4. Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and input data into proprietary dispatch software.
  6. Active listener with excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and efficiently with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated.
  8. Be efficient in administering assigned tasks.
  9. Proficient in English. Must be able to read; communicate verbally and/or in written form; and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines.
  10. Multi-lingual (Arabic preferred)
  11. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  12. Show a track record of "not job hopping".
 
Physical Requirements:
 
  1. Possess professional business demeanor.
  2. Open, close, and organize the office.
  3. Be punctual for shifts. Must be dependable and reliable.
  4. Ability to work in a warehouse environment at varying temperatures and dusty conditions. 
  5. Ability to walk, sit, stand, kneel, squat, or bend repeatedly for extended periods of time.
  6. Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
  7. Ability to safely use warehouse equipment such as tools, pallet jacks, shrink wrap, etc.
  8. Must be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends and holidays. [May work more than 40 hours per week when needed.].
  9. Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm with 100% accuracy.

Interview’s may be conducted in-person or through video conference/face time. Salary commensurate with education, experience and skills. [$38,000 - $57,000 per year] There are NO additional benefits available. Professional References REQUIRED.
