• Now - Delivered directly to the recipient with no stops in between
• Rush - Within 2 hours
• Regular - Within 4 hours
• Same Day - Called in by 10:00 a.m., delivery by 5:00 p.m.
• Overnight - Called in by 5:00 p.m.,  delivered by 1:00 p.m., next day.
