DHL Training
Process and Procedures

Shown here are multiple short videos discussing a specific topic.  The videos are numbered in a suggested order for you to review; although you can watch in any order and as many times as you would like.
DHL Must Do List
  • Driver needs to have an Angels Courier, Inc. (ACi) Identification Card with assigned contractor number.
  • Driver needs to establish his/her own WhatsApp group (see ACi manager if assistance is needed)
  • Driver needs to wear the ACi uniform with ID visible
  • Driver is to report using his/her WhatsApp group their route number and the stop count.
  • Before departing the station, driver is to send a picture of the scanner showing the # of stops and the number of Pce.
  • While on the delivery route, report immediately to dispatch any issues that happen with you, your vehicle or the item being delivered.
  • Driver needs to send a Proof of Attempt for all returns being done. Send a pic via your WhatsApp group of the address or building.
  • Upon completion of the route, you need to personally return to the DHL facility to provide an explanation for each undelivered item.
  • Upon completion of the route, you need to ask DHL to provide you with a proof of the number of stops that were delivered and the number of stops returned.
  • In the event, DHL sends to ACi a claim for a mis-delivery for your route, it will be your full responsibility to recover and redeliver to the correct address.
Contractor Payment Cycle
All contractors will be paid on a 2-week lag cycle. A work week is considered beginning on Monday and ending on the Sunday following. Checks are issued on the 2nd Friday after the week in which the contractor worked.

Example:  Contractor works on the 2nd, 3rd and 5th.  Check is issued on the 20th.
